Ingredients :
140gm Bittersweet Choc
170gm Butter
200gm Granulated Sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup yogurt
300gm Flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
120ml milk
Method :
- Pre-heat oven to 165 C
- Melt choc - double boil and let it cool
- Beat butter and sugar till creamy than add in eggs one at time
- Add yougurt and vanilla ectract
- Shift flour, baking powder and baking soda
- Gradually add in flour and milk. Start and end with flour
- Weight 1/3 of the flour and mixed it with the choclate
- Scoop 2 spoons vanilla batter in the baking pan and top with a spoon of the chocolate mix
- Repeat till finish.
- Bake for 35min - 40min
