The Best of Appetizer
Lentil Soup
- 1 1/2 cup red lentil
- 1/4 cup semolina vermicelli
- 1 onion - diced
- 6 glasses of water
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 ts all-spice
- 2 ts turmeric powder
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper

Preparation :
- In a pot, saute onion until brown than add the vermicelli, all-spice and turmeric powder.Quickly stir and add the water than lentil and the chicken bouillon.
- Bring it to boil on high heat.
- Once its boiling,bring down the heat to medium and let it simmer for 40 minutes to thicken or desire thickness.
- Serve hot.
